One-time digital purchases

One-time purchases of digital reports or tools are generally non-refundable once access to the purchased digital report or tool is provided, except for duplicate charges, a technical failure that prevents access, or refunds required by law.

Subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Payments already made are generally non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, technical issues that prevent access, or refunds required by law.
